value-added services for both new and existing funds. Unified
Financial Securities, Inc. and Unified Fund Services work hand in
hand in delivering distribution services to our mutual fund clients.

Primary services include:

Transfer Agency Services—As a SEC registered transfer agent,
Unified provides the shareholder recordkeeping services and
serves as the direct contact for shareholders of the fund, as
well as anyone doing business with the fund company.

Accounting—The fund accounting department is responsible for
the daily calculation of an NAV for the fund company, as well
as keeping the daily books of the fund.

Legal
and Financial Administration-Unified's administration
department coordinates with fund counsel to help bring new
funds to the marketplace and ensure that all necessary filings
are made. For established funds, this staff oversees SEC, IRS
and prospectus compliance as well as general fund
administration matters.

and series trust solutions. Our experience with both types of

Commission, performing individual state registrations,
