Unified Financial Services, Inc. (www.unified.com),
is a vertically integrated financial services holding company for
various financial services companies, and was organized on December
7, 1989. We distribute our services via the traditional industry
channels of our subsidiaries and via the Internet.
Through our subsidiaries we provide
services primarily in three lines of business:
1) Mutual fund administration services.
2) Investment advisory services.
3) Trust and retirement services.
The headquarters are located in Lexington, KY and from this
location, senior management is responsible for overseeing the
activities of approximately 130 employees across all of its business
lines located in the states of Indiana, Kentucky and New York.
Ownership in Unified is at the holding company level and is a
privately owned company. |
