The map below shows approximate delivery time for ground shipments
from our warehouse to your area. Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern
Time Monday-Friday that are shipping Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3
Day Select will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm
Eastern time requesting these shipping options will ship the next
business day. Orders requesting Ground shipping will ship within two
business days, please add this to your estimated delivery time. For
example, if you live in Michigan and place an order on Monday and
request Ground shipping, you order will ship on or before Wednesday
and should arrive three Business Days later.
Next Day Air: UPS does not deliver packages on weekends
except for Next Day Air Saturday Delivery. If you are placing an
order after 3:00pm on a Thursday requesting Next Day Air and you
want your order delivered on Saturday, please indicate in the
"Comment" section of our order form that you want Saturday Delivery.
UPS charges an extra $10.00 for this service and this will be added
to your shipping charges.
We offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00.
To qualify, your order must ship within the 48 Continental United
States via Ground UPS and be over $50.00. Orders shipping outside
the 48 Continental United States do not qualify for free shipping.
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Foreign Countries and those using an
APO address. Your shipping option will be UPS Next Day Air, UPS
2nd Day Air, or Express or Priority Mail. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR
SHIPPING CHARGES. We will inform you of your exact
shipping charges prior to shipping your order. We will require your
acceptance of these shipping charges before your order can be
processed. We are unable to ship any PetSafe® products to Japan
and cannot ship electronic pet products to Australia.
If your order is shipping outside the United States, you may be
required to pay duties, taxes and other fees. These costs will be
your responsibility.
Delivery time listed below is for Ground UPS service and is based on
business days and does not include the day your order was shipped.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered,
shipping method selected and delivery destination. Your shipping
charges are downloaded directly from UPS at the time you place your
order to assure accuracy. We do not make a profit on shipping
charges. If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping
address and we are assessed additional charges by UPS, we will
charge the customer's credit card for the additional charges.

To track your order, you will need to enter the name of the person your order is shipping to and the zip code. If you placed your order on our web site, this is the person or company name listed on your copy of your order under the "Ship to" address. If you phoned in your order this is the name you gave to our customer service representative.
